The final decision rests solely with the respective government authorities (USCIS, Home Office, MOI, etc.) or recruiters. InkLogic is not responsible for the ultimate legal outcome of your case.

The success of our strategy depends on the authenticity of the information you provide. You represent and warrant that all academic credentials, work experience certificates, and personal narratives provided to us are truthful and accurate. InkLogic is not liable for any legal repercussions arising from the submission of fraudulent or inaccurate data provided by the client.

All strategies, custom-drafted narratives, and "Proposed Endeavor" structures engineered by InkLogic are our intellectual property until full payment is settled. Once finalized, the client holds the right to use the documents for their specific legal submission. Reproduction or redistribution of InkLogic’s proprietary strategy frameworks for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Professional services involve extensive intellectual labor and research time. Fees are non-refundable once the drafting process has commenced. In the event of a project cancellation, a partial refund or credit may be issued at the sole discretion of InkLogic, based on the man-hours already invested in the project.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkLogic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of visa fees, travel expenses, or professional opportunities resulting from a case refusal.
